DONCHAMP® SurfaceGuard cast acrylic panel is a specialty developed acrylic grade, which is highly abrasion/mar resistant (pencil hardness 6H), exceptional chemical resistance, excellent clarity & optical properties, exceptional mechanical properties & rigidity, simple to fabricate, whilst meeting with the difficult challenges of public glazing applications.

● Surface coating has a strong surface adhesion, no chance of delamination.

● Excellent light transmission & optical clarity (92% light transmission).
● Superior cast acrylic finish (no manufacturing lines & inclusions).
● Easy to cut & fabricate.
● Strong surface hardness (as opposed to other polymers & alternative hard coat acrylics)
● Approx. eleven times more break resistant than glass.
● Light weight (approx. half the weight of glass).
●Available in 1 or 2 sides (S1 or S2).
● Unique & excellent safety benefits for high traffic areas.
● Good impact resistance, enabling an alternative to glass in various applications.
● SurfaceGuard S1, application of self-adhesive vinyl graphics to the uncoated surface, enabling protection of the graphic image in application.

The combination of functional and visual attraction makes DONCHAMP® SurfaceGuard panels an excellent choice for high traffic glazing & signage applications. The transparency of the panels, coupled with the high surface hardness, increased chemical resistance, plus reducing paint adhesion, enables DONCHAMP® SurfaceGuard has various applications for use. Transporting DONCHAMP® SurfaceGuard is simple, having approx. eleven times the break resistance of glass & lower weight. Cleaning of DONCHAMP® SurfaceGuard is easy, with a much higher resistance against commercial cleaning solutions.
